By accessing or using myGST Consultant (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

myGST Consultant provides GST-related tools including interest calculators and reconciliation utilities to assist businesses and consultants with Indian GST compliance. The Service is provided “as is” and is intended for informational and calculation purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering and using the Service.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The calculations and outputs provided by the Service are for general guidance only and do not constitute professional legal or tax advice. myGST Consultant is not liable for any errors, omissions, or losses arising from reliance on outputs generated by the Service. You are responsible for verifying all figures with a qualified tax professional before acting on them.

5. Data Use

Your account data (email address and authentication credentials) is stored securely via Supabase. Files you upload for reconciliation are processed transiently and are not permanently stored on our servers beyond the duration of your session. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the Service is the property of myGST Consultant. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
